No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date.
Any cancellations made within:
- 15 to 20 days results in a charge of 50% of the cost of the stay
- 7 to 14 days results in a charge of 75% of the cost of the stay
- 1 to 6 days results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay
- No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date, results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay
